Mr. Stamboulieh has thirty-two years of management and market development experience, the first seventeen with Fortune 500 corporations in executive management positions and the last fifteen as an entrepreneur and business owner. He owned and for a time operated a green coffee processing factory. Besides, the USA, he has worked in Africa and Western Europe.

Mr. Stamboulieh experience in business development, operations' management, production, distribution and banking encompass a full range of the necessary skills to successfully manage and grow an organization. He is an astute negotiator and results-oriented manager. He possesses a strong working knowledge of the intricacies and demands of management, production, marketing, sales, distribution and services including the completion of complicated projects on time. Mr. Stamboulieh holds a business management degree and is well versed in banking regulations and documentary requirements. He is an American of Southern Sudanese origin, born in Yie, Southern Sudan. He is a good listener, team player, and an effective leader.

Mr Headland holds an Honours degree in Aeronautical Engineering from London University. He has held senior management positions with major Canadian airlines. For the past 18 years his consulting company has been utilized by airlines including Ethiopian Airlines, major financial institutions and leasing companies to manage their assets and introduce systems that enable them to meet the challenges of the global market.

Mr. Mwamburi holds a BSc. Degree from University of Nairobi. He served as the Area Manager, Egypt overseeing Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Israel with Kenya Airways for 6 years.

Mr. Otwari has excellent interpersonal and cross cultural communication skills and strong work ethics. He is highly analytical and self-motivated, and posses strong organizational and time management skills with performance in meeting deadlines.
